Ticketing rather than booting.
I saw this thing on tv where in Philadelphia, cars parked on private property can be ticketed by the Philadelphia Parking Authority. They do this rather than boot cars, which happens here all too frequently here in the Grove.
It might be an interesting idea to see if the City of Miami could make an arrangement with the Miami MPA and have cars ticketed in lots like the Post Office, and get rid of these booting companies.
